HIIT – HIGH IINTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This type of training has been used by athletes to improve performance, but it’s also been shown to benefit the average exerciser. HIIT training not only helps performance, it also improves the ability of the muscles to burn fat.
Instructors guide participants through a 45min not stop workout Phase. Climb hills, Switch backs, Jumps, Sprints, Race and Cool-downs. Let our instructors take you on a different course every time. All you’ll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) and a water bottle.
RIPPED WITH REPS
The ultimate dumbbell workout that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body giving you that “PUMP” that we all want! This 60 minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups simply by using a set of dumbbells. It includes the most effective exercises such as squats, dead lifts, presses and curls. The key to RIPPED is the “rep effect”, a breakthrough system in fitness training that focuses on high repetition movements and low weight loads. This helps to achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning.

We have gone a little phsyco and mixed things up. Starting with cardio we Cycle for 45mins then hop off the bikes and do resistance trainging with some CRAZY reps! Everything in 75mins.
Tabata is a very concise way to organize intervals of work and rest. It provides similar health benefits to that of cardio workouts but Tabata has a bit more spice! Tabata falls under the category of high intensity training or high intensity interval training – HIIT. You perform an exercise- squats or burpies etc. for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds maintaining this on/off sequence for a total of 6-8 cycles. You want to work as hard and as fast as you can in those 20 seconds — no dilly dallying, just get’er done!
Using the Lebert Equalizer and combining Balance, Agility, Resistance, and working Recovery turns this Ballet inspired class into a challenging FULL body workout! After training with both the inventor of the equalizers and the creator of LeBarre, Melanie is excited to bring you a unique and challenging 1 hour of fitness. Heart pumping, legs working, core engaged, great music and a little bit of eloquence. This is not a dance class, ABSOLUTELY NO dance experience is required.
A 1 hour fitness workout combining punches and kicks with alternating 2 minute round partner training using arm shields, and or heavy bags, finishing with core conditioning. Partner up with a friend or come on your own. Beginners are welcome or book a private 1 hour training session with a coach to learn basic technique and movements at your own pace. All equipment is provided you need only bring water, indoor shoes and energy!
A full body workout using steps, equalizers and weights. Lots of muscle work with bursts of cardio throughout the class. This is a fat burning, calorie crushing, body toning workout. You will learn to LOVE burpees! Your muscles will be “talking to you” after this class!
A fast pace fitness class with Step Choreography and Total Body Conditioning. 40mins of Step Cardio followed by 15mins of muscle work. Awesome music and talented choreography to start your Sunday morning off right!
This is a circuit style step class alternating a step cardio pattern with weight resistance combinations. If you love Cardio Step, you’ll love this one. Get ready to sweat!
PILATES GROUP MAT CLASS
The Pilates Method is a balanced, safe and effective approach to fitness that incorporates the idea of mindful, precise and fluid exercises supporting physical stability, flexibility and strength.
The goal is to strengthen your core, lengthen your spine, build muscle tone and increase body awareness. Do not however be fooled into thinking that because most of these exercises are completed on the mat that it is by any means an easy class – we sweat and work hard and afterwards feel both strong and stretched out.
We complete many of the “classical” Pilates repertoire as well as add in the use of hand weights, weighted balls, Pilate’s balls and resistance bands. It is a face-paced class that moves quickly from movement to movement offering plenty of modifications to allow for the class to appeal to both beginners and more advanced students.

Join us Saturday mornings when the snow is gone in our parking lot for a super hero of a workout! We will use lots of “toys”….tires, slam balls, sandbags, ladders, ropes,….and the list goes on. Be a hero for an hour and feel it all day long!
