This is a 4-week “jump start” to incorporating a healthy diet into your everyday meals. Your grocery list is provided you just need to shop and get started! Each week there will be new challenges for you to achieve and learning opportunities, giving you the building blocks to get you to the goal of establishing a healthy diet to lose weight or maintain. Weigh-ins and measurements are done weekly to provide accountability and success!
Mean & LEAN
A strict 6week nutrition plan to get you LEAN! Your meals will be basic but nutritious with slight changes along the way. Be prepared to change how you think about food……food is fuel, not a celebration. This is not a program for those who lack motivation and discipline; I will guide you and support you but won’t hold your hand. This plan is perfect for those that are determined and dedicated to acheiving results. Adherance to the plan is expected. No “excuses” – No “can’ts” – No “too busy”. It gets it’s name honestly; Mean & LEAN but don’t let that scare you, I am actually really a nice person who wants results. Sometimes ya just gotta get a little mean and “git’er done”!
