It’s happy hour at this group of lady’s favourite bar and at Fitness Funatics, results are on the menu!

Meet Judy, Jane and Christine. They are one of  Personal Trainer, Melanie’s Small Groups. Each one of these ladies had goals of what they wanted to achieve on their fitness journey and achieve them they did! They put the time and sweat into every workout. Always a few laughs along the way but the results are clearly evident!

Small Group Training is a group of 3-4 people (some friends, some just wanting to join in on the fun).  It still offers that much needed accountability that few people can acheive on their own and a “push” not only from the Trainer but also the rest of the group encouraging each other.  Small Group Training can be more affordable for some and definently has the fun/fit factory built in.

“I first started taking Mel’s classes a few years ago and I realized that my fitness level had started to improve and I WANTED MORE!  Melanie made me realize that I could push myself more and with Fitness Funatics help I can see and feel how much more fit and stronger I have become.

I love the fact that I can take on new challenges at Fitness Funatics and not be afraid to ‘raise the barbell’.”

“I joined Fitness Funatics as I wanted to get in better shape.  I first started off with Private Personal Training as I was not confident in doing classes.  Now I do them all the time and LOVE them!  If I miss a class I get angry.  Now I train 3 days a week, some in Small Groups and some Private.  I still have a way to go with confidence and of course always strive to be stronger and more fit but the instructors at Fitness Funatics are absolutely amazing and make me feel awesome!”

I had been training with Melanie for quite sometime before I had heard about Fitness Funatics. When “Mel” accepted a position at their Studio I knew I had to follow her. I was Personal Training twice a week and doing pretty much every class I could take! I was in the best physical shape of my life! Then I became ill and for almost 2 years I barely had energy or desire to even get dressed and became a couch potato. Between the meds, inactivity and eating out of sympathy for myself, I gained over 50lbs! Melanie did not give up on me and with her encouragement and inspiration I have lost most of the weight gain and am becoming the old fit me again! I LOVE working out, and look forward to new challenges that Melanie throws at me. Nothing is  better after a workout then being soaked with sweat, and feeling like I can conquer the world!

Thank you FF, for having the most awesome caring instructors that love what they do, it is a way of life for them, not just a job.  Thank you for giving me back my life… you are the best!!!
